Jason came out twice to give us an estimate on a partial remodel of our kitchen and a complete remodel of our bathroom. He spent a lot of time with us explaining the work to be done and taking us through the expected process of the job. His estimates on the cost and time for the remodel were actually much more realistic than the company we chose to go with.

Jason is friendly, clearly knowledgeable on all aspects of remodeling, and communicates in a way that makes the work clear to a novice remodeling client. His estimates included possible costs (rewiring) that other estimates did not, but which we ended up having to pay to meet permitting codes. His time table for the project was also more realistic than the company's that we used. Trust his estimates and time table. We wish we had gone with Jason and Butel Construction.
